  • Oliver Harris

    Oliver Harris

    Managing Partner

    Oliver Harris is the majority beneficial owner of the Montreux Group, a Director of the Fund's Operating Company (which is one of the largest specialist care providers in the UK), and the CEO of the Fund's Advisor; MCM UK. Oliver graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Finance and Economics before beginning an expansive career, working with some of the world's most respected financial institutions. He previously worked in the City for the investment advisory wing of a large investment Bank before moving to Switzerland to work for a private Wealth Manager. Oliver has pursued a number of successful entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career.

  • Paul Nelson

    Paul Nelson

    Chief Financial Officer 

    Paul graduated from Royal Holloway with a degree in Economics before gaining his Chartered Accountancy qualification with BDO LLP. He spent 8 years there, going on to attain a senior management role, before joining Syngenta UK, the global Swiss agribusiness. At Syngenta, Paul worked in international reporting, revenue deal structuring, and M&A. Prior to joining Montreux, Paul spent 3 years at Nuffield Health where he was responsible for the Group’s cash flow management, reporting, and forecasting.

    Gary Mullan


    Gary’s primary responsibility is to develop Montreux's strategic relationships and assist in its continual growth by calling on the large network of contacts that he has amassed in his many years working in business development. Gary has an impressive sales and sales management background, and an proven track record of negotiating lucrative, mutually beneficial contracts for numerous companies in the financial services and commercial property sectors.

  • Piers Sword

    Piers Sword


    Piers is an English Literature graduate and student of the Chartered Institute of Financial Analysts (UK) whose role calls upon his multifarious background in Fund Operations, Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations. In the past he has sat on the Board of companies within the Care Industry and currently sits on the Board of the Advisor to the Healthcare Fund. Piers inputs on corporate structuring, financial modelling, and deal execution, produces material and communications for the Fund, manages retained PR firms, as well as dealing with professional investors at a senior level. 


  • Clive Rooney

    Clive Rooney

    Chief Operating Officer  

    Clive, an Economics alumni of the University of Dundee, has enjoyed an extensive and successful career across many areas of theFinancial services sector over the last 30 years. His experience ranges from managing the Administration and Computer Divisions of a major Financial institution with some $2 Billion under management, to the direct control and expansion of Global Sales as a Director at Old Mutual International. Clive then moved on to develop a successful Private Client advisory before joining Montreux to implement and structure the growth of the firm’s investor base

  • Duncan Moffett

    Duncan Moffett

    Senior Financial Analyst 

    Duncan graduated from Durham University before gaining his ICAS CA qualification with Ernst and Young LLP. He subsequently worked within Merrill Lynch's Financial Control function before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland's finance business partnering, financial planning, and analysis teams. Duncan is currently the Trustee of the Twin and Multiple Birth Association (TAMBA).

    John King

    Investor Relations 

    John is a Politics and International Relations graduate from The University of Southampton and started his career at Institute of Economic Affairs, one of the largest Think Tanks in the UK focusing on economics and public policy. Following his time in Westminster, John has held roles in the Finance Sector as a research analyst and most recently, the Associate Director of Apex Fund Services’ capital introduction team.

  • Ami Collman

    Ami Collman


    Ami Collman is a registered nurse with a passion for healthcare that stems from involving herself in the family business of operating several residential care homes from a very young age. Ami has worked as both a practicing nurse offering direct patient care and as a global clinical trial specialist for Actelion pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland. Initially, Ami's role during Montreux's set-up was in an advisory capacity, but she has now moved into an operational role, enthusiastically overseeing the running of the homes and ensuring impeccable standards are maintained across the board.

    Katie King

    Human Resources 

    Katie is a Royal Holloway graduate and came to Montreux after seven years working in human resources management at L'Oreal Luxury Products. She has experience in a wide range of employee relation situations, ranging from recruitment and succession planning to redundancy and dismissals. Katie manages all areas of HR across the homes in the group and works closely with the management team to implement employment policies and procedures and provide support & guidance.
