  • Oliver Harris

    Oliver Harris

    Managing Partner

    Oliver is the founder of Montreux, a Director of the Fund's Operating Company, and the CEO of the Fund's Advisor: MCM UK. He previously worked in the investment Advisory division of a large investment Bank before moving to Switzerland to work for a private Wealth Manager. He sat on the Board of the Regard Group, one of the largest specialist Care providers in the UK, advising on its acquisition, its growth, and its successful disposal. He has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures in the UK Healthcare sector. Oliver graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Finance and Economics.

  • Paul Nelson

    Paul Nelson

    Chief Financial Officer 

    Paul began his career at PwC before moving to BDO LLP where he progressed into a senior management role before joining Syngenta: the global US & Swiss listed agri-chemical business. There he worked on international reporting, revenue deal structuring, and M&A doing over $500M of deals during his tenure. He then spent time at Nuffield Health initially as Group Finance Manager before moving to FP&A where he was responsible for the Group’s cash flow management, reporting, and forecasting as well as reporting to the Board of Governors. Paul graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a degree in Economics before completing his Chartered Accountancy qualification with BDO LLP.

    Gary Mullan


    Gary’s is responsible for many of Montreux's strategic relationships. He has an extenstive background in building and insurance brokering. Gary sits on the Boards of companies within Healthcare, Tech, Construction, and Financial Services. He has a large network of contacts from his many years working in commercial property. 

  • Piers Sword

    Piers Sword


    Piers’ role calls upon his multifarious background in fund operations, corporate finance, and investor relations. He has held several directorships within the care industry, and currently sits on the Board of MCM UK. Piers inputs on corporate structuring and communications, as well as dealing directly with professional investors at the highest level. Piers is an English Literature graduate, and a student of the Chartered Institute of Financial Analysts (UK).


  • Duncan Moffett

    Duncan Moffett

    Senior Financial Analyst 

    Duncan worked within Merrill Lynch's financial control function before joining Royal Bank of Scotland's finance business partnering, financial planning, and analysis teams. He is the Trustee of the Twin and Multiple Birth Association (TAMBA). Duncan graduated from Durham University before completing his chartered accountancy qualification with Ernst and Young LLP.

    Head of Investor Relations 

    John started his career working for a campaign organisation at the European Parliament before joining the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), the oldest free market think tank in the UK. John then moved into finance, working as a research analyst before becoming the Associate Director of Apex Fund Services’ capital introduction team. John graduated from Southampton University with a degree in Politics and International Relations.

    Katie King

    Human Resources Director

    Katie began her career in human resources management at L'Oreal Luxury Products before joining Montreux. Katie is responsible for HR policies and procedures across the group. She has experience in a variety of employee relation situations ranging from recruitment and succession planning, to redundancy and dismissals. Katie is a graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London.
