Paul then went on to be Sales Director at Scottish Mutual and Rigton Management before moving into a Business Development role in Asia for VAM Funds. Paul is responsible for Sales in the Asian market where his local expertise, and established network are based.

    James, a Radley alumni and Biology and Chemistry graduate of Oxford Brookes, has spent the last 15 years working in Latin America from his base in Bogotá, Colombia. He garnered a profound understanding of the financial and tax landscape of South Amercia before moving into financial services. This hands-on experience working with private clients, other agencies, and institutions has allowed him to establish an extensive network of agents across the region. James speaks fluent Spanish as well as rudimentary French and Portuguese.

    Andrew has over 25 years in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. After initially training as an Underwriter he made the transition to Sales as part of the team at Sun Life International that introduced PanEuroLife into the UK in 1994 before becoming the European Sales Director at Scottish Mutual International (SMI) from 1999 to 2004 where he spearheaded the successful introduction of SMI into the German and Austrian markets. During this period, Andrew attained the International Sales Professional of the Year in 2002 at the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. He then went on introduce Prudential into the Austrian market in 2004 as their Director of Sales.
