On 16th January, 2017 The Regard Group, Montreux Healthcare Fund’s majority owned asset, announced Carole Edmund as it’s new Managing Director. This appointment stands aside significant growth in The Regard Group and marks its dedication to driving the business forward further.

Carole comes to the company with over two decades of experience in the Childcare Sector where she built Bupa’s offering from a start-up to a top ten operator within three years. After the business’s spin off to Bright Horizons in 2009, she led the organisation to become the leading nursery operator in the B2B and B2C markets in the U.K. and Ireland. Her experience will add significant breadth to an already strong senior management team at Regard.
