Burbank Mews receives top accolade following Hartlepool Borough Council inspection

Burbank Mews in Hartlepool, which forms part of the Residential Services division of Active Assistance, was awarded a Grade 1 by Hartlepool Borough Council’s Quality Assessment Framework inspection (the equivalent to a local CQC inspection). Areas of assessment include Person Centred Care, Safe Care & Treatment and Governance which were ranked either “Substantially Met” or “Fully Met”. The result of this assessment, which was carried out on 25th January 2019, now means that Burbank Mews is one of the top three specialist health care providers in the borough. Oliver Harris, CEO of Montreux Capital Management (UK), said “This recent inspection is a testament to all the hard work and commitment of the Regional Manager, Home Manager and support workers at Burbank Mews. It shows that Active Assistance are not only committed to be the top ranking providers nationally, but their ethos also feeds into localised communities and services.”
