The Montreux Healthcare Fund has completed the acquisition of AJ Case Management, a Birmingham based business that will add c.£300,000 EBITDA to the fund’s operating company. The purchase will enhance the large case management component in the existing portfolio.

AJ Case Management serves an area close to an existing Active Care Group service and the group plans to integrate this business locally and nationally. In due diligence, several processes and procedures were identified that can be rolled out across the whole case management division, adding quality and efficiency to the entire group. The deal also retains the existing management team of AJ Case Management.

Oliver Harris, CEO, Montreux Capital Management (UK) stated: “AJ Case Management will complement the existing portfolio and add key staff which will have an impact across the whole business. The Active Care Group’s Case Management division is the largest in the sector, allowing the Complex and Residential divisions to offer the right care package to our Case Management clients.”
