Following an inspection of Kingly Terrace, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated the facility ‘Outstanding’. The care home which is managed by Active Assistance, the Montreux Healthcare Fund’s operating company, was given the CQC’s highest rating and specifically commended for the quality and motivation of its staff.
Kingly Terrace provides accommodation and personal care to people that require support with varied and complex needs primarily arising from an acquired brain injury or neurological disability. Inspectors found staff were caring and compassionate and people were being provided with safe, responsive, caring, effective and well-led care.
