Montreux Capital Management (UK) CEO, Oliver Harris has teamed up with social housing specialist Dan Healy of Irish Homes in a revolutionary move to create the largest gold star virtually integrated real estate platform in the UK which aims to transform the Specialist Care industry.
As part of the collaboration iCare Homes will develop and manage a range of properties in the Specialist Care space, which will crucially assist the Montreux group’s current businesses in the area. With advanced demand mapping and maintenance technology, iCare Homes incorporates technology into the most crucial element of care provision, the care facility, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout.
Oliver Harris, CEO, Montreux Capital Management (UK) stated: “Our collaboration with iCare will allow us to develop and manage properties across the Montreux Healthcare Fund’s (the “Fund”) portfolio more efficiently, meeting the needs of service users new and old. Integrating technology into the care industry will be a key theme over the next decade as the sector adapts to differing challenges, we at Montreux are keen to be ahead of this trend, enabling the Fund to provide best in class accommodation for service users enhancing clients lives and care outcomes. Demographic trends mean an increased life expectancy for many receiving care and this places increased demand on healthcare providers post the covid pandemic, hence, we need to expand our care offerings. iCare could enable the Fund to build up to 50 purpose-built care facilities over the next three years to keep up with the pace of demand as well as making sure the Fund’s existing portfolio is the best in class.”
Dan Healy, CEO, iCare Homes stated: “The opportunity to be involved in this incredible project is very exciting. Our joint goals are aligned to provide a gold standard of care across the Fund’s current portfolio and new purpose-built homes.”
